Paul Richmond, LL.B (Hons), LL.M, Barrister Rule of Law and Human Rights Consultant Paul Richmond is a Barrister of England and Wales practising from the Chambers of Lord Gifford QC at 1 Mitre Court Buildings, Temple, London. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Southampton and a Masters degree in International Human Rights Law with Distinction from the University of Essex (also awarded the Snells Prize for 'Best Student' 2008-2009). Paul has over 10 years experience of conducting litigation in both civil and criminal cases before domestic and international courts and tribunals. Paul has a longstanding commitment to promoting the rule of law and human rights worldwide.
