Paul training lawyers and human rights defenders in Geneva in December 2009

Paul has been engaged by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office to train judges and public prosecutors in Turkey on the European Convention on Human Rights.  He has similarly assisted the Swedish Helsinki Committee for Human Rights to train lawyers from across the Western Balkans on the European Convention.  Paul has also been commissioned by the American Bar Association, Belgrade Centre for Human Rights, Council of Europe, International Foundation for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders and the OSCE to train lawyers and human rights defenders from Eastern Europe, Africa and Central Asia on international fair trial guarantees.
